We employ mixed methodologies that can have powerful benefits for our customers. In one recent customer segmentation exercise we contacted a sample of 1,000 private investors through a structured sample of phone and internet. This meant our client could afford a study that would have been prohibitively expensive if conducted using a more traditional approach.
